Picture of the Week: Reading is the Cheapest Form of Entertainment


This week’s Picture of the Week is from the informational pamphlet, What Every Young Girl Should Know. This publication highlights the benefits of having a public library and encouraged the citizens of Caldwell County, North Carolina to vote for the library tax.
